Your first guess is totally up to you and can be any two different digits (but not zero). After you enter it, you will be given D and P for those two digits. D is the number of correct digits and P is the number of digits in the correct place. Using the information in D and P, make another guess and enter it. The new values for D and P help you make a better guess.
